Shunee Yee is President and CEO of CSOFT. It is her belief in Shenzhen’s unique spirit and ambition that set CSOFT upon the path of the Shenzhen 100 project. As the 2009 recipient of the prestigious international Stevie Award for Best Asian Entrepreneur for Women in Business, Shunee Yee was also selected as a Top 25 Globalization Executives by Globalization Today in 2011. In 2012, Ms. Yee was identified by CNN Money as one of the technology industry’s 36 most powerful disrupters, and was selected as one of Fortune’s 2012 Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs. In January 2014, Yee was given the honorary title of Guest Professor at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, collaborating with the University in order to support globalizing Chinese companies cross boarders into new markets. In June 2014, Yee led CSOFT into partnership with the Shenzhen Municipal Government to create a China-wide, four week ‘Global Etiquette’ public service campaign. This campaign has helped to develop a global mindset within Shenzhen companies, encouraging them to bring their innovation into new markets around the world. In 2016, Yee and CSOFT partnered with the Let Girls Learn campaign by the Obama Administration which is aimed at providing educational gender equality for adolescent girls.
